For the following month and the next 5 bookings we are waiving our $150 sitting fee, this means now it’s even cheaper to have award winning photography of yourself and loved ones, once the photo shoot is done we book a time for a viewing of your photo’s at NO point are you under any obligation to purchase anything, I think you should only buy photo’s if you love them and if Ive done a good job, why pre pay for something you haven’t seen. From there if you wish to, photo’s can be purchased individually from $80 or in packages from $350, one of the most common questions that we get is “can we get photo’s on cd” the answer is “yes you can” we have individual photo options for that and all our packages include Hi res images on cd (its 2012 people, its about time)

The types of photo shoots available for this special include, Newborn photography, Family portraits, Cake smash photo shoots (usually 11month olds), Engagement photo shoots, Couples portraits, Corporate Head shots and profiles, Senior Portraiture, and Graduation Portraits, if we have missed something of interest please send us an email inquiry, I’m sure we can accommodate for your desired photo shoot.

All these can be done on location or in the comfort of our studio.

To book in you will need to pay a $50 holding fee, this is to secure the time negotiated and is either refundable on the day or can go towards your purchase, the $50 deposit is non refundable if you either don’t show up on don’t give sufficient notice (1 week) of cancellation or rescheduling (we allow 1 reschedule, more than one results in loss of deposit)

Payment Plans Now Available – Once you have selected the photo’s you love, you can either opt to pay for them in full or enter into an agreement and pay a small deposit with the balance paid over up to 8 weeks, in the meantime you will be given photo’s to take home and enjoy.

There is more than ever a photographer on every corner, the availability of cameras that produce beautiful high quality images are abundant in this day and age and are affordable to most people (awesome times by the way, I love this fact), but that’s not what makes a person a photographer, a good understanding of the technical aspect and best practices of photography combined with an individuals artistic ability and vision, NOT one or the other, goes a long way in insuring that you will get something of ultimate high quality in image making and something that really stands out from the crowd, if you look at an image and think to yourself, “gee I think I could do that” , odds are its probably not a professional image.

Things to look out for include, orange skin, blown out highlights on faces, bodies, clothes, unrealistic color reproduction (usually from white balance, poorly applied filter application and editing) lack of detail in skin, lack of image sharpness, poor photo composition, crooked horizons, chopped off feet, hands and heads that don’t make sense, poor posing (yes there are good rules and guidelines that make sense to this), incorrect lighting application, under exposed, over exposed and everything in between, all of this goes towards final image quality there are plenty of others to mention, there is a lot to consider when taking a photo and presenting it.
